  • 1360.77 g beef caps
  • 283.49 g can cream of mushroom soup
  • 283.49 g can onion soup
  • 85.04 g jar sliced mushrooms

directions

  • Combine the beef tips, undiluted mushroom soup, undiluted onion soup and undrained mushrooms in a bowl and mix well.
  • Spoon into a 9x13 baking dish.
  • Bake, uncovered at 300°.
  • Server or egg noodles or Rice.

  1. really good basic recipe. I added 10 thin slices of bell pepper and three cloves of chopped garlic, I used 8 oz of fresh mushrooms (quartered) instead of a jar. I braised the beef before putting it into the crock pot and cooked it 8 hours on low.
     
  2. Very good! I made it with less meat though, and extra mushrooms. We ate it with noodles and peas/carrots, everyone ate until they were stuffed! The best part is it was so easy to make, I'll definitly make it again :) Thanks for the recipe!
     
  3. Easy as pie to make and such good taste! We loved it! Had over mashed garlic potatoes, and it was so good! I saved the recipe to make again sometime. Yummy!
     
  4. This was really good, although I thought it was a tad salty. Next time I will make the soups myself to control the sodium as the canned soups are loaded. Great flavor. I added fresh cracked pepper and some kitchen bouquet to darken the gravy a little more. Will make again sometime. Becky
     
  5. I use this recipe all the time only I make it in the crockpot. I cook it on low for 8 hours and it's a wonderful meal to come home to. My youngest son would eat this every day if I made it - it's his favorite meal. It's so easy and very tasty.
