Easy Beef Stroganoff

"This is a quick simple crock pot recipe."

• Serves: 4

ingredients

• 1 lb round steak, cut into 4 pieces
• adolf meat tenderizer
• 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
• 1 (1 1/4 ounce) package Lipton Onion Soup Mix
• 1⁄2 can water, 5 oz

directions

1. Sprinkle pieces of steak with meat tenderizer.
2. In a separate bowl mix soup, soup mix and water together.
3. Place meat in crockpot.
4. Pour soup mix on top.
5. Cook on low heat for 6-8 hours.
6. When done shred meat and put over noodles or rice.
