Easy Beef Fajitas

"Haven't tried this yet but it seems really quick since it uses roast beef from the deli."

• Serves: 4

ingredients

• 2 teaspoons lime juice
• 2 teaspoons water
• 1 garlic clove
• 1⁄2 teaspoon chili powder
• 1⁄2 teaspoon oregano
• 1⁄2 lb roast beef (use sandwich meat from the deli)
• flour tortilla
• 1⁄2 cup tomatoes
• 1 teaspoon green onion
• 2 teaspoons taco sauce

directions

1. Heat oven to 350F degrees.
2. Combinr first 6 ingredients and wrap in foil.
3. Heat for 10-15 minutes.
4. Mix tomato, green onion and taco sauce.
5. Use as garnish.
6. Wrap in warm tortillas.
