Delish! My family loved it! We used flour shells and diced tomatoes with chilis in them so it wouldn't be too much heat for the kiddos and it went over like mad! I would suggest letting this dish set in the oven turned over so you aren't scooping out mush...though it was yummy mush! :)

This is one of our all time favourite recipes. If I don't have cream of chicken soup on hand I've thrown in cream of mushroom and it tastes just as good. Thanks for this one. Excellent.

Made this last night for my husband , who is originally from the Southwest and always begging me to work more authentic tasting Mexican into our menu. He loved it! A little messy to serve but definitely yummy. I'm sure I'll be making it again soon.

This recipie is fabulous! I've already made it three times in the past 3 weeks! The only change I make is substituting chicken (boiled for 10 minutes and chopped into bites sized pieces) for the beef. Once the chicken is prepared, then I mix the can of tomatoes (undrained), chilies, and chicken taco seasoning. I omit the tomato sauce. I've made this with both corn and flour tortillas, both are so yummy- enjoy!

This was easy and a good way to use up some leftover corn tortillas. I used cream of mushroom soup instead of cream of chicken. My family liked Chiliquilles (Chiliquilles) a little better than this recipe. Thanks anyway!

The first time I made this meal I wasnt sure how my husband would like it, but since he ended up eating almost the whole casserole by himself I think its safe to say that he loved it. This recipe is to die for and is super easy and delicious!!!! It is surely being added to my recipe book!

Very good. Really easy. Kids liked it. I went a little crazy on the cheese. And I didn't like the taste of the cream of chicken soup with the hamburger meat (but that's just me)...I will try nacho cheese soup next time. There will definately be a next time! Also, I used the "HOT" Rotel and omitted the can of green chilies.

Very tasty Enchie's, K...We added "hot" at the table...Just real good...I like how easy it is to fix, with ingredients I usually have around the house...Served with warm flour torts, sour cream, and a little "hot" sauce!! YUM!
Thanks for posting...We'll be doing this one again!

Not only is this a tasty dish but it is so easy to make. I used about 1 1/2 lbs of hamburger and used diced tomatoes and mild chilies as I don't like things too hot. It was perfect for us and I have made a copy of it to put in my "keeper" notebook. Thank you, Peppermintkitty, for ANOTHER great recipe.

This was an easy and delicious weeknite meal. Since I only had about 1/2 pound of hamburger, I added a can of chili beans to "round out" the filling. Otherwise, I didn't change a thing. Also, I was able to assemble the whole thing ahead of time, then refrigerated for a couple hourse, ready to pop in the oven when needed. Just the two of us eating, so leftovers make a great lunch next day. Thanks, P.K. (I added your Siesta Roast to my cookbook, too!)!
