This is fantastic, Diggy! This deserves alot more than 5 stars. So simple to make and the beef is so tender it melts in your mouth! Thank you Diggy ; )
This was almost too easy and tasted fantastic. After the beef was done, I used the liquid to make gravy for mashed potatoes. Yummy!! The whole family enjoyed this...it's a definite keeper.
This casserole was definitely easy and very delicious. My husband said it was amazing and requested that I make it often. Thanks for a great recipe.
