Easy Beef and Bean Chili

"This was a comfort food my mom used to make when we were kids. I have had it on a faded index card for years and finally decided to put it on here so I don't lose it! It is not a very spicy chili so I occasionally add jalapeno's or more chili powder."

  1. This chili was awesome! I would suggest decreasing the salt & celery salt a wee bit but other than that, very very tasty & super simple. Thanks for sharing!

RECIPE SUBMITTED BY

I found this site in January after I recieved a wok for Christmas. I was looking for fun Asian recipe and I couldn't believe how many great recipes I have found here! What a great site! I call myself Midnight Chef because I always seem to get a REALLY late start on dinner and we eat far too late. My girlfriend and I live in an apartment and recently got a puppy. I work a normal 9-5 and when I get home the puppy is ready to play! So by the time my girlfriend gets home from class and I finally have a chance to cook it is pretty late!
