Easy Banana Cake

"I found this recipe on Duncan Hines website. One morning I decide to take my bananas to work with me to use in a cooking project for my 4 and 5 years old. I was in a hurry so I look on the website and found this recipe. This is one of the best banana cake I ever had."

ingredients

• 1 (18 ounce) package yellow cake mix
• 1⁄2 cup brown sugar
• 2 teaspoons cinnamon
• 1 cup water
• 1⁄2 cup oil
• 2 mashed ripe bananas
• 3 eggs

directions

1. Mix all the above ingredients together and bake at 350 for 40 minutes.

This was very good. I added 3 bananas because the ones I had were kind of small. I'm not sure if it was because of the extra banana, but it took a lot longer than 40 minutes to cook, probably more like 55. I softened a can of cream cheese frosting and poured it over the top of the cake. I think that it would taste really good with walnuts too. Maybe next time. Thanks for posting!
