Have been making this for a long time but use haddock because we can buy it very fresh here. I agree with another reviewer that less oil can be used but I don t like anything oily. I do add some chopped black Olives (because my husband loves them) and sometimes add shredded Monterey Jack cheese at the end and put under the broiler. Very versatile little recipe always alwayis tasty. Thanks and do recommend it.

SUPER easy and tasty enough. I find salsa to be a very quick, simple solution to cooking easy chicken thighs, too. Thanks for sharing!

Sorry this was just ok, we found it had too much oil. We did like the salsa and lime with the fish and when I make it again I will just spray the fish with veggie spray. Thanks for posting I will make it again.
