  1. These are very tasty. I was cooking chicken strips with them so after about 40 minutes I kranked the oven to 450. These came out crispy on the outside and tender inside. It takes a lot to impress my boys and this did it.

  2. Heaven! I'm in Heaven! Made these tonight with sweet potatoes and good ole Idahos. The Idahos were good and deserved 5 stars. The sweet potatoes were MAGNIFICENT! Sweet and spicey, melt in your mouth taste. I'll make these again as soon as I buy more sweet potatoes! Used olive oil, fresh parmesan, bottled garlic powder, salt, black pepper & sweet paprika. Didn't have a brush, so I mixed everything in a small bowl, dipped the end of the wedges in the mix & smoothed on the mixture with a spatula. Worked great & had plenty of the mixture.

  3. My Lord, these taters are good! Couldn't be easier to put together and bake, and the taste is yummie! I served these with Bergy's Sauerkraut Chicken Bake, #18823, and you talk about a dandy meal. This was it! Thanks for sharing a real winner, Dana, we certainly enjoyed. Laudee

Tweaks

  1. I make these leaving out the salt I add Johnny's Garlic Spread dry seasoning. I put the potatoes & olive oil in a plastic bag, shake, add seasoning & parmesan cheese, shake. Place on baking pan, add 2 TBS water, cover w/foil bake 45 min, remove foil, then brown & serve! Bake @ 375 Yum!!

  2. These came out really well. My only changes were to use olive oil instead of vegetable oil, and I tossed the wedges in a plastic bag with the oil seasonings instead of brushing the wedges. Very simple and tasty recipe!

  3. These were very tasty! The only thing I changed was that I did not have any garlic powder left in my cupboard so I used Wildtree's garlic infused grapeseed oil instead of plain cooking oil. This recipe is a healthy and flavorful alternative to traditional fried wedges. I will definetely be making this again soon:) Thank you Dana for posting.

  4. These taste fantastic and truly are easy! I substituted Lowry's Seasoning Salt for the garlic powder/salt/paprika, which made it even easier. I topped it with sour cream that I mixed with some chives and parsley - everyone loved it!

  5. Really great! I made as stated other than using onion powder instead of garlic powder, because we didn't have any on hand, then I shook the potatoes in a plastic bag with all the ingredients together to make preparation even easier. :) Thanks for sharing!
