Easy Baked Chicken

ingredients

• 4 chicken pieces
• 4 tablespoons fruit chutney or 4 tablespoons apricot jam
• 1 tablespoon onion soup mix (about 1/2 a packet)
• 4 tablespoons mayonnaise

directions

1. spice the chicken. mix all the ingredients, except chicken, and pour over the chicken.
2. Bake, covered, in 350F oven, for about 1 hour, uncovering for the last 15 minutes.
