    Directions:

      Preheat oven to 375-400°F.
    2. 2
      Remove fibrous end pieces of the asparagus.
    3. 3
      Lay asparagus across shallow baking dish and add oil, salt, lemon juice, and pepper. Roll and toss to coat well. Arrange the oiled asparagus in the pan so they do not overlap.

      Bake in oven 20 minutes.

      Loved it! This was so easy, tasty and SUPER time saving! I loved it! I will definitely make this often! The only different thing I did was in addition to a little pepper and salt, also sprinkle it with some garlic pepper. It was DELISH!

      This was a hit! Nice flavor combination, and easy. My asparagus was thin, so cut baking time to 15 minutes. Made for Fall 2008 PAC.

      Simple but good. Made for Spring PAC 2008. I followed the recipe as written and this was a nice tasty side dish. It was easy to make too.
