Easy to make. You can actually taste the lemon flavor. Next time I may try a different flavor. Thank you for this delicious recipe.
While the lemon flavor was good, I just had so much trouble getting this to bake well. It kept rising too much over the pan edges and would not cook evenly. I also though it also had more of a sugar cookie texture to it than a cake. Not sure if I did something wrong in my math dividing the recipe in half. Fortunately, I got a couple to work well enough to frost.
