Ingredients Nutrition

  • 2 slices bread (you can use whatever you whave on hand, bagel, whole wheat...)
  • 12-1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 -2 tablespoon avocado (make sure that it's ripe so that you can spread it)
  • 1 piece romaine lettuce
  • garlic salt, to taste

Directions

  1. Spread the mayo on one slice and avocado on the other.
  2. sprinkle with garlic salt.
  3. Insert piece of lettuce and enjoy.
