This was great! So easy to make and quick good. My four year old daughter loved making the little lettuce tacos and also enjoyed eating them. This was a winner and will make over and over.

AMAZING! First attempt ever at making Lettuce Wraps. This gets 10 stars for ease and simplicity AND taste! Reading the other reviews I did add 3 Tablespoons minced onion and 1/2 tsp sesame oil to the chicken and water chestnuts (for our personal tastes). As a garnish I topped with freshly grated carrots and a little Thai Sweet Chili Sauce. DELISH! Thanks for sharing such a wonderful recipe!

My family raves about these! I made them with gluten free teriyaki sauce for a GF meal and added bean sprouts for an extra crunch. It was something different and fun to put together for Christmas appetizers.

I did not use noodles (or rice) I added sesame oil, spring onions, bean sprouts, chopped bamboo shoots and ginger and garlic. Did not use water chestnuts but added the bean sprouts at the last moment as suggested by another reviewer so they stayed crunchy. Did not need to find a thick teriyaki as I found that the cornstarch was quite enough to hold the mixture together as it cooked. I used Boston Lettuce (which handles lettuce wraps much easier) and THEN I used the meager leftovers to make fried rice!

Yum! We loved this recipe with one exception. I used Kikkoman Teriyaki sauce and it was too much teriyaki. Next time we will try less teriyaki or perhaps omit the teriyaki and just use seasonings and herbs. We used a cookie scoop to put the chicken in the pan, which cook down into small patties, perfect for wrapping with the lettuce. Thanks for sharing!

I love lettuce wraps and I do so many different kinds - This one is so easy and so tasty! We loved it. If you like spicy add a bit of Thai sweet chile cauce on the chicken when you wrap it. I love spicy but did not find that this recipe needed a boost! Thanks lazy gourmet for a delightful recipe

Tasty, delicious, and incredibly easy! It makes enough for my fiancée and I, and allows for leftovers. (I suggest using a really thick terriaki, preferably one with sesame seeds...my suggestion) -j
