Pumkin pie


  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Mix together pumpkin, condensed milk, eggs, spices and salt.
  3. Pour into ready made crust.
  4. Bake 15 minutes.
  5. Reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees.
  6. Bake another 35-40 minutes or until a knife inserted 1 inch from crust comes out clean.
  7. Cool.
  8. Refrigerate leftovers.

So easy! Took me about seven minutes to put it together and pop in the oven. The taste is great too - very pumpkin-y with just the right amount of spice. I'll never go back to a regular pie crust for pumpkin pie again!
