Easy Artichoke Dip

• Yields: 2 cups

ingredients

• 236.59 ml mayonnaise
• 236.59 ml parmesan cheese
• 226.79 g can artichokes (chopped up)

directions

1. mix together mayo, parmasan cheese and chopped up artichokes in oven proof casserole dish.
2. put in oven at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
3. serve with crackers.

A quick easy dish to bring to a party. I add a dash or two of Worcestershire for some zing.

Prepared for Spring PAC 2008 This is an excellent dip and oh so easy. I added a tablespoon of green chilies just because Sweetie and I love the spicy taste of the artichoke dip at Maccaroni Grill. This is even better and we don't have to go out to get it. Thanks for posting it PHLOWER
