I just finished making these about 10 minutes ago, and I've already had to restrain myself from eating all of them, haha. In my book, that's a successful recipe. I enjoyed how easy these were to make. There aren't very many steps, and they cook in 12 minutes. I know by the time I finally get around to baking, I hate waiting an hour for things to bake because I'm hungry. The only problem I found with this recipe was that the puffs without the toppings don't taste good at all.

Ingredients Nutrition

  1. Mix puff ingredients in order listed. Beat vigorously for 30 seconds.
  2. Fill greased 2" muffin tin pans 2/3 full. Bake at 400 degrees F. for 12 minutes or until done.
  3. Cool slightly and remove from tin.
  4. For the topping, mix the sugar and cinnamon together.
  5. Dip tops of the puffs into the melted butter and then into the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
