We quite liked this very easy dessert and will be making it again. Saved a couple of them for coffee tomorrow!

This was AWESOME ! I have made it a few times now , I think I prefer to use the crescents instead of the biscuits , and for the water I use OJ , heat the sugar OJ and butter in a pan to boiling, then turn off the heat before adding the vanilla , bake as in step 5. I also added chopped pecans before baking ,

Oh me oh my! This was delicious! I used crescent roll dough as suggested by another reviewer and used apple cider in lieu of the water and it turned out great. Next time I will cut down a little on the butter but other than that, the flavor of these are awesome.

This is made better by making a fast tempura and deep frying. The canned biscuits make this taste too much like...well...biscuits with apples in them. This would peobably also be better with a caramel glaze over it and make it like a small pie instead. The biscuits need to be VERY flat though...
