Great for kids and snacks, or Fall parties. Can use reduced fat ingredients.
- Mix everything but the apples until creamy.
- Serve with apple slices, I leave the skin on and use red and green apples with a bit of lemon juice on them to keep them from turning brown.
This is really simple and tasty. It was a little too sweet for me, so next time I think I'll reduce the amount of brown sugar a little bit. Thanks for sharing this quick treat Kasha. Made for the Apple a Day event 2009.
