This small size crisp was just right for the 2 of us to enjoy without drawing out the still-fresh leftovers through more than a day! The apples I used were large, but the only compensation I made for that was to use s bit more of the cinnamon! very nice! Thanks for posting the recipe! This was very easy to make. I used dark brown sugar, old fashioned oats, white whole wheat flour, and Granny Smith apples. I thought the flavor was very nice, and I really liked that it wasn't too sweet. The only problem that I had was that I could never get the topping to crisp up as much as I personally like in a crisp. Thanks Karen, for a tasty dessert that we enjoyed.people found this review Helpful. You can only vote others' reviews helpful or not helpful... Was this review helpful to you?
