This was a wonderful and easy recipe to make. I was looking for something quick and easy and this recipe was just the thing. I used apple pie filling and it was to die for. The only thing I did different was use self-rising flour and left off the salt and baking powder. Thanks for the wonderful recipe.

This is another great and easy recipe. I made it with apple pie filling this time. I can't wait to try the blueberry. I did think that it tasted better the second day (reheated), the flavors seemed to blend more that it did right out of the oven. Thanks for the recipe!

I wanted to use a leftover can of filling and this recipe was perfect! I did reduce the sugar by 1/4 cup and I accidentally used a 21 oz can of filling but it was still delicious!

Turned out amazing! I used coconut milk and whole wheat flour! I also cut the sugar to 1/2c (per another comment) this was a perfect fit for my jars of homemade apple pie filling that were just hanging out in the pantry! A hit with my 6yr old, 3year old and my hubby!!! Thanks again for always having wonderful recipes!

Hubby is diabetic, so I used sugar free apple pie filling (20 oz), half sugar/half splenda, cut baking powder in half, added 1/4 cup applesauce, cinnamon, pecan chips, and sprinkled sugar and cinnamon on top. Delicious warm with no sugar added vanilla ice cream! Yum!

So, I heeded the advice of other reviewers and only used 1/2 the amount of butter. I opted to use only 3/4 c of sugar and had to bake it for an hour. But, it was so good. I did the cherry pie filling and my husband loved it. I will make again using these alterations.

Wayy too much butter! I had to spoon out the extra and the crust tasted very heavy and buttery.
