This was a wonderful and easy recipe to make. I was looking for something quick and easy and this recipe was just the thing. I used apple pie filling and it was to die for. The only thing I did different was use self-rising flour and left off the salt and baking powder. Thanks for the wonderful recipe.
This is another great and easy recipe. I made it with apple pie filling this time. I can't wait to try the blueberry. I did think that it tasted better the second day (reheated), the flavors seemed to blend more that it did right out of the oven. Thanks for the recipe!
This was bery easy and my husband loved it. I followed the recipe exactly using blueberry pie filling. Will try again this week-end with apple per hubby's request.
This was very easy to make and tasty. I used cherry pie filling. Next time I'd like to try Blueberry. Thanks!
Found that the flour mixture was running. Is this the way it suppose to be?In the oven now.

I was so surprise how this recipe turned out. Will make it again.
I wanted to use a leftover can of filling and this recipe was perfect! I did reduce the sugar by 1/4 cup and I accidentally used a 21 oz can of filling but it was still delicious!
Hubby is diabetic, so I used sugar free apple pie filling (20 oz), half sugar/half splenda, cut baking powder in half, added 1/4 cup applesauce, cinnamon, pecan chips, and sprinkled sugar and cinnamon on top. Delicious warm with no sugar added vanilla ice cream! Yum!
So, I heeded the advice of other reviewers and only used 1/2 the amount of butter. I opted to use only 3/4 c of sugar and had to bake it for an hour. But, it was so good. I did the cherry pie filling and my husband loved it. I will make again using these alterations.
Wayy too much butter! I had to spoon out the extra and the crust tasted very heavy and buttery.
This recipe was SUPER easy and I loved that I had almost all of the ingredients on hand without making a special trip to the store. I was a little disappointed in the crust. Mine turned out chewy and I prefer more of a pie crust to my cobbler and this was more 'biscuit-y'. It WAS quick and I may make it again in a pinch.
