This recipe is posted for the ZWT and is adapted from the book “Quick and Healthy “Recipes and Ideas”. This recipe is almost more simple than simple.. reduce those claories effortlessly. Great on baked potatoes. ZWT REGION: France.
- 1⁄4 cup skim milk
- 1 cup low fat cottage cheese
optional ingredients if using as a dip
- Blend skim milk and cottage cheese together until smooth and creamy.
- If you want to use this as a dip you could add herbs such as dill.
In honour of your birthday I made this. I guess you are 29 like me. LOL I used dill with it. Ive tasted it but am saving the majority for baked potatoes.
I used this as the base for your Low Fat Ranch Dressing recipe # 190960 I like thick dressings. I substituted it for the yogurt and butter milk. It was wonderful. Thank you for sharing.
