Until I came across this recipe, i wouldn't eat liver, but NOW I CANT GET ENOUGH!!!!!!! THANKS!!!!!!!

I know for a fact that this is a wonderful way to make liver & onions ! I flour my liver and make a brown broth and pour over it with the onion ontop and it cooks in its own gravy...yummm ! serve it with mashed potatoes and fresh dinner rolls.
