I love this! It's one of my favorite foods because it's comfort food but also really easy and quick to make.
- Spread the butter on the outside of the bread. This will make sure it doesn't stick and also get golden-brown at the edges.
- Flip the bread and put in your cheese.
- Turn on a pan and put the closed sandwich inside. Turn the fire on to Medium, then wait while checking the sandwich every couple minutes. Once the bottom side gets golden-brown, flip it.
- Once the other side is also golden-brown, take it out.
- DIG IN!?.
