      This is great! I prepared this dough this morning and cooked it tonight. There's a million and one pizza base recipes out there but this one is great. I don't know about 3-4 pizza bases though. We made 3 thin-base ones with this recipe.

      The olive oil seems to be the key. The base is crispy and firm but still has a chewiness everybody loves. My kids devoured two pizzas and my wife and I made a very italian pizza with bocconcini, basil and tomato. Possibly the best home made base we've made.
