The name of the recipe says it all.
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 fresh garlic cloves, crushed
- Mix all ingredients together, chill and serve over salad.
