Loved this recipe. I used more than 3 cups of steamed veggies because I wanted it to be very filling. I used zucchini, mushrooms, and broccoli. (steamed them in a covered, microwavable glass bowl with a smidge of water in the bottom, 3-4 minutes) Used a whole jar of Giada's pasta sauce in the recipe. I didn't have no-boil noodle on hand, so I did have to cook my noodles...a bit more on the al dente side. This is a good basic veggie lasagna that can be adapted to your veggie preference and it went together easily. :)

Pretty good. I used a stir-fry mix of carrots, broccoli, onion, red pepper, green beans and baby corn. It made a nice substantial meal, and the kids didn't even notice there was no meat! It took longer than 40 minutes to cook...more like 70 total.

Wonderful and so easy -- and also a great and delicious way to clean up the veggi drawer -- we used mushrooms, spinach and zucchini for the vegetables -- didn't measure, so may have used a bit more or less than specified. Thanks for sharing this keeper which will be a regular on our table!

I made this for my DH to take to a work lunch. Everyone loved it! No one knew they were eating tofu! I used zucchini, mushrooms, brocolli and carrots. I also doubled the cheese. Thank you for a great recipe! Made for 1-2-3 Hits.

This is so simple and yet so tasty!! I used my own spaghetti sauce instead of a jar sauce. Used light cottage cheese (but I'm sure with ricotta it would be even better!). And used some fresh spinach (that I didn't even steam), some cauliflower and zucchinis for the veggies. I had too many veggies so didn't make 3 layers!! Thanks Dreamer - this was GOOD!! Made for Zaar Tag! :)
