This was easy to make and very good. It took a little longer than expected to make but, it was very tasty and everybody enjoyed it.

I don't know if easy even begins to describe how simple this is! I quartered the recipe since DBF was the only one eating (although I snagged a ladleful so that I could do a full review). The only thing I really measured was the broth, using 1 1/2 cups instead of the carton+can. I was initially a little leery of the gravy mix, but it definitely made the soup better! I used refrigerated diced potatoes with onions and Italian sausage since that is what I had on hand. I think my sausage could have been hotter (we like things really hot!) so next time I think I will use a spicier blend. All-in-all, a very easy pot of soup that hit the spot!
