What a fast, easy and delicious treat. These would be great for get-togethers, cookie trays, bake sales, or just as a treat for you and your family. I can see why this recipe made it into Lavender Lynn's Top Favorites of 2009 cookbook. Thanks for sharing this gem, Janelle. Made for Top Favorites of 2009 Tag Game.

We love these! There was a bit of disagreement about how many get coconut on them, but those went first anyway, so no problem. A little care is needed to spread the chocolate without messing up the toffee too much, but a rubber spatula worked. As easy as advertised but took a little longer. Made for Pick A Chef, April 2009.

Wow, this was really good! I just happened to be looking for a way to use up our graham crackers and coconut so this was perfect. It was incredibly easy and came out really tastey! I used cinnamon graham crackers and tried the coconut and peanuts for toppings. I also and added mini marshmellows to one of the squares to see how it would taste, (also good). I feel like there are endless possibilities for toppings- I will be making this again!!
