Served this yesterday for Easter dinner '09. It was a hit with everyone from 13 to 85 years old! Instead of the sauce, I cut up 2 lbs. of fresh strawberries several hours ahead of time. Added approx. 1/3 cup of sugar and let it sit on the counter. Strawberries were perfectly juicy by dessert time. Served in a crystal bowl alongside the cheesecake on the buffet.

I made this exactly as directed and it turned out so good !! Instead of the sauce I had my slice with some warmed Apple jam and it was great. Thanks Cricket for sharing your recipe.

This recipe was GREAT! My husband, who is VERY picky, even enjoyed. As the others mentioned...it is very thin, so I may try an 8x8 pan next time or double the recipe (although I didn't feel as guilty eating the thinner slice). I baked a little under 30 minutes and used canned cherries for the topping instead of the sauce (I love cherries, but I will try the strawberry sauce one day).

This is indeed a delicious cheesecake. I also made it for Easter Sunday and everyone agreed that this dessert is a real winner. Easy to make, lite in taste and the strawberry glaze just topped it off beautifully. This dessert will be made again soon. Great recipe.

This cheesecake is AWESOME! I made it for Christmas and the whole family LOVED it! I did not have enough graham crackers so I mixed in some Vanilla wafer crumbs. I think next time I will do the crust 1/2 graham crackers and 1/2 vanilla wafers. I plan on making another one for News Years Eve! Thanks so much for the recipe

This is a very good cheesecake recipe. I particularly liked the fact that I didn't have to use my spring form pan for it. I used some frozen mixed berries for the topping and guesstimated 10 ounces of it to make the topping. The next time I make this, I think that I'll add some cinnamon to the crust and use apple pie filling for the topping. I will definitely make this recipe again!

Made this just as said in recipe except for i just added a can of cherry pie filling on top. The crust turned out a little soggy for me but other wise the cheesecake itself turned out good.

This is a great cheesecake! The texture was perfect and it was so easy that I'm tempted to try other cheesecake recipes using the same method. Definitely worth a try, especially if you're making cheesecake for a crowd.

We thought this was good. I made it to directions except not putting on the topping and the sauce. I just put on a can of cherry pie filling. The crust was a bit soggy after it was cooked. Maybe cause I made it in a glass pan instead a metal one? Not sure.
