  1. I made these for my son's preschool Easter party and everyone loved them and commented on how great they looked. They were easy and so fun to make...thanks!

  2. Loved this recipe! So fun to make. I made these in the mini muffin tins without the liners (sprayed with Pam) and still had enough rice krispies to make 7 in the full size muffin tins. I put two jelly beans in the "little nests" and 4 in the "larger" nests. I used a 7oz bag of coconut and had quite a bit leftover. I always add 1 tsp of vanilla to my rice krispie mix to keep them chewy. Thanks for the great recipe that I cane take to my new job for treat day!

  3. What fun we had making these! My whole family got in on it...hubby, both kids and me. We didn't use the marshmallow peeps as these are chock full of sugar without them! We formed the "nests" in fun muffin liners in my muffin pans and then added the green coconut and jellybeans. They are absolutely TOO cute!

  4. Fun and messy. I made these 2night for the kids in the morning (Easter Sunday). They came out ok. I found it hard to get them to stick in the nest like shape. I think I should place them in a buttered bowl or something to help form them. I also think next time I will make them bigger and make less per batch. The coconut was a great idea and worked well. Another idea is to leave out the peeps all togehter and do one or two cadbury eggs or something similar. All in all a cute idea that I will be playing with in the future. Thanks for posting.

  5. These were FUN to make! I didnt change the recipe at all, but I did spray a muffin pan with baking spray and found it was super easy to shape the nests in there instead of by hand. Also instead of using a mixing bowl, I put the coconut and food coloring in a zip top bag and shook it up! Was super easy to make!
