WOW! that's all I can say. I made this for Easter brunch and it was a hit! The flavors are so good. I used sharp cheddar cheese to give it more flavor. This was so good with the leftover chunks of ham in it from the night before. Thanks for posting

Ingredients Nutrition


  1. Grease 9 x 13 glass pan.
  2. Mix bread with melted butter.
  3. Add cheese, ham or sausage, and mushrooms.
  4. Place in baking dish.
  5. Mix and beat eggs.
  6. Add milk and seasonings.
  7. Pour over mixture in pan.
  8. Cover with foil.
  9. Refrigerate overnight.
  10. Bake 1 hour @ 325° with foil removed.
  11. Remove from oven.
  12. Let stand for 10 minutes.
  13. Do not overbake.
