  1. WOW! that's all I can say. I made this for Easter brunch and it was a hit! The flavors are so good. I used sharp cheddar cheese to give it more flavor. This was so good with the leftover chunks of ham in it from the night before. Thanks for posting

  2. I made half the recipe for us in a 9x9 pan and used some Hawaiian bread. I omitted the mushrooms due to family preference. This is definitely a family favorite. I might even try some bacon in it next time, too. Thanks for the yummy recipe!!

  3. This dish is a wonderful way to have a relaxing brunch for friends or family. I Left off the mushrooms and cooked some breakfast sausage. Next time, I think I will add some onions to the sausage as well as some green chili. This was served with grits and fresh fruit.

  4. Wow is not good enough for this recipe!!!! I made it for brunch for some friends at Easter. It got the thumbs up from everyone. I did not do it all the night before as I had no room in the fridge, but it still turned out fantastic! I used a french stick for the bread and followed the recipe to the letter. It was absolutely fabulous, and I will certainly be making it again and again and again. Thank you so much for that.

  5. Yum! I used cubed ham and made this as directed. I had 2 grandkids spend the night and they inhaled this!! Thanks Lynn for a nice recipe.
