- 1 teaspoon of fresh mint, fine chopped
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1⁄4 cup onion, fine chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, fine chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, fine minced
- 1 cup unflavored low-fat yogurt
- 1⁄2 cup cucumber, chopped
- 1⁄2 cup tomatoes, chopped
- Combine all ingredients in small bowl. Use immediately.
