Easiest Stir Fry Ever

This is my go-to lunch or dinner when I'm really busy. Its easy, tasty and super healthy. You can substitute asparagus or green beans for the broccoli or 1/2 lb. shrimp for the chicken. Enjoy!

  1. Cube the chicken breasts, or peel and devein shrimp if substituting.
  2. Heat the olive oil and sesame oil in a skillet. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant (30 seconds-1 minute) at medium heat.
  3. Add the soy sauce, black bean paste and chile flake and stir till combined.
  4. Add the chicken and cook stirring occasionally for 4 minutes.
  5. Add the broccoli, stir and cover for 5 minutes.
  6. Stir one more time. Cook a little longer if your chicken or broccoli isn't quite cooked through.
  7. Serve with brown rice.
