My kids adore this. (Who am I kidding? I love it just as much.) I only specified measurements because I could not submit the recipe otherwise. We always just eyeball it. Blueberries are our favorite.
- 1⁄2 cup frozen fruit
- 1⁄2 cup soymilk
- Fill a glass about halfway with frozen fruit.
- Barely cover with soy milk.
- Blend with a hand blender.
