If you want the dish that everyone will want the recipe, this is the one for you.
- Put margarine and garlic in crock-pot, and turn on High.
- Fill with Cleaned Mushrooms, cover, and walk away for 1-2 hours.
- When you check on them again the mushrooms will be done and in the butter sauce ready to take to your party and everyone will love them.
These are such a hit when I make them for potlucks and so easy. Never any leftovers but the remaining juice is nice as a pasta sauce if you throw in a bit of cream and sherry!
A 5 star recipe for sure !! So easy, I followed the directions (using butter) and got a pot full of PERFECT 'shrooms !!
