  1. I've made these twice now. Once with white button mushrooms and once with baby bellas. We all preferred the white mushrooms more. Simple and really good. Thanks for sharing.

  2. These are such a hit when I make them for potlucks and so easy. Never any leftovers but the remaining juice is nice as a pasta sauce if you throw in a bit of cream and sherry!

  3. A 5 star recipe for sure !! So easy, I followed the directions (using butter) and got a pot full of PERFECT 'shrooms !!

  4. Made this to go with spaghetti, salad and garlic toast tonight - a perfect complement. It tasted great, and I particularly appreciated the ease of preparation. Many thanks, Big Grant.

I love to cook and create different meals. Cooking in many different restaurants over my life time has given me a variety of experiences. My family has owned their own restaurants and I have my self. I really like trying something new, and I am not beyond trying something that may be over my head, at first. I would love to have my own cooking show on Food TV. It would be a survival cooking show that is directed towards College students that need to know how to cook to survive, not just how to order “take out”, or “fast food”.
