This is so easy to make that even I never messed it up! It is also very tasty and tender no matter what cut of meat you use!
- 2 -3 lbs beef roast (frozen or thawed)
- 1 (26 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (1 1/4 ounce) envelope onion soup mix
- Put 1/2 of soup in bottom of crock pot.
- Place the beef roast in crock pot.
- Add packet of soup mix.
- Add remainder of soup.
- May add 1/2 can of water (if more gravy is desired).
- Cook on low/medium for 8 hours.
