My mom always keeps a pitcher of this in her fridge. Every time I visit her, I have some of this and quickly became addicted! I finally got the recipe from her so I can always have a pitcher in my house. :)

  1. Place coffee in filter/brew basket, add water to coffee maker, and brew as normal.
  2. Cool completely. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  3. Pour coffee over ice cubes into tall glasses. Add normal amounts of creamer and sugar, if desired.

Just a little note. I Make coffee in the morning and refrigerate any leftovers. I make extra just for this purpose. While the coffee's still hot, I add my Splend and Coffeemate. I just keep adding to the container in the fridge.

This is very good. This is what I order at Coffee Depot in Montreal. It's simple and much more healthier than iced coffee from Tim Horton or other places. Thanks Megs :) It was made for PAC fall 2007.

This is exactly how I make my iced coffee, but I do make coffee cubes to use instead of ice cubes.
