  1. Combine butter, milk, and Cocoa in a small saucepan.
  2. Stir over very low heat just until butter melts.
  3. Remove from heat.
  4. Add powdered sugar, salt and vanilla, beat until smooth.
  5. Frosts tops and sides of two, 8" layers.
