I got this recipe from a magazine. Choucroute is French for "dressed sauerkraut" . I haven't made this but it sounds tasty.

  1. Heat oil in large skillet.
  2. Add pork and season with 1/8 tsp salt and black pepper.
  3. Cook 3-4 minutes until cooked through.
  4. Remove and set aside.
  5. Add onion and sausage to skillet.
  6. Cook 5 minutes.
  7. Add beer and scrape up any browned bits.
  8. Stir in coleslaw mix, vinegar, brown sugar, caraway seed and 1/2 tsp salt.
  9. Cook 7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  10. Add pork to pan and heat through.
  11. Garnish with parsley and serve.
