Got this recipe from a lady at church, I couldn't believe the preparation was so easy. It's very quick to make when you are in a rush, doesn't have alot of ingredients, and doesn't need eggs! A perfect pantry recipe. Can be served warm or cold, sliced horizontally with jam in the middle.


  1. Mix the dry ingredients.
  2. Add the milk and mix.
  3. Into a cake tin and bake at 180 degrees C for 35 minutes.
