Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 (3 lb) beef brisket
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 package onion soup mix

Directions

  1. preheat oven to 300.
  2. in heavy duty tinfoil place brisket.
  3. cover with dry soup mix and canned soup.
  4. cover tightly, put in baking dish.
  5. bake 4 hours, remove.
  6. pour off gravy and shred with 2 forks.
  7. serve over rice, noodles or potatoes.
