Easiest Barbecued Chicken ( 2 Ingredients)

Total Time
Prep 5 mins
Cook 40 mins

The simplest and most delicious barbecued chicken possible that you can make with only two ingredients!

  1. Preheat conventional oven to 375°F.
  2. Take 6 chicken thighs and put them in a bowl.
  3. Add 1/2 cup barbecue sauce and pour it over the chicken (I leave it on for a few hours to absorb the flavor).
  4. Mix the chicken pieces with sauce until they are evenly coated. (Place some sauce under skin for best flavor).
  5. Place chicken pieces in a small roasting pan leaving a little space between them.
  6. Bake for 40-45 minutes until done.
  7. Serve with your favorite rice and vegetables.
  8. Tips:.
  9. •You can use as many pieces of chicken as you want just increase the amount of sauce.
  10. •It would be best if you cover the chicken with aluminum foil for the first 15 minute and then remove to brown.

I have been preparing chicken thighs this way for years. I usually use B/S thighs and marinate them in a ziplock for 24 hours before cooking. Recipes just don't get any more simple with such great flavor. Thanks for posting.

I do this at least twice a month! I use boneless/skinless chicken breasts and just eyeball it with pouring the sauce over the meat. My family acts like they are eating something special and I laugh to myself at the ease of prep! This one is a real winner for our family everytime.

I made this recipe for dinner tonight, however im not going to rate it because we really didn't like it at all, but I don't think its the recipe..I just don't think we care for the game-ier taste of chicken thighs. I think next time Im going to use this technique for chicken breasts instead. Thanks for posting!
