This recipe comes from one of my most favorite places on Earth, Dylan's Candy Bar which is on the Upper East Side in New York. The recipe appeared in the New York Daily News and is a wonderful way to get a megadose of sugar and chocolate in liquid form.

Maybe I'm missing something here but this was just too sweet for my tastes to be enjoyable even though it has some of my favourite ingredients. I think the flavoured chocolates probably make or break this recipe.
- 1⁄4 cup condensed milk
- 1⁄2 cup cream
- 6 ounces chocolate shavings (available at Dylan's Candy Bar in dark chocolate, hazelnut or mint flavors; may substitute semisweet)
- 12 ounces chopped ice
