Wow, what a great tasting cookie. It was quick and easy to make. Adding the spices and sugar take this simple dough to a special place. The spices were spot on. I will be making these tasty little treats again.

These are very good! They remind me of a blend of gingersnaps and snickerdoodle cookies. I mixed the dough before lunch, chilled it, and then baked right after lunch for a yummy, warm treat. Crunchy on the outside and chewy on the inside. My dough made 24 cookies. Made and reviewed for Every Day is a Holdiay '08 tag game.
