Nice Dessert. Very little fat so a nice snacking cake also. Recipe came from a magazine some time ago. I usually use macIntosh apples. Hope you like it!

  1. Cream sugar and butter.
  2. Beat in egg, yogurt, and vanilla.
  3. Combine dry ingredients.
  4. Add dry ingredients alternately with applesauce.
  5. Pour into lightly greased 9" pan.
  6. Arrange sliced apples on top.
  7. Brush on topping.
  8. Bake 350 for 30-35 minute.
