I like to keep it simple--and packed with protein.
- 2 -3 cups frozen strawberries (thawed)
- 2 -3 cups frozen pineapple chunks (thawed)
- 1⁄3 cup orange juice
- 1 scoop zero carb isopure protein powder
- 14 -16 ice cubes
- Thaw fruit, do not overheat.
- Place juice, fruit and protein powder in blender, blend.
- Place ice in blender and blend, adding ice to desired consistency.
