Great dumpling recipe for Celiacs
- Sift the flour and baking powder together in a bowl.
- Add the eggs and enough water to form a soft dough. Mix well.
- Drop spoonfuls of the dough into boiling soup, stew or stock. Simmer, uncovered for 10 minutes. Cover the pan and cook a further 5 minutes. Serve hot.
Made these today and they broke up in the soup and they are very bland :-( would not make again
Sorry, we didn't care much for this recipe. The flavor was bland and the dumplings fell apart in the soup.
