My mother's recipe. Very simple to make and can be used in soups, with chicken or turkey gravy, or fried in butter as next day leftovers.

I made these more out of curiosity than anything else, & was pleasantly surprised to find them so easy to make & so tasty as well! I added them to some chicken soup I'd made ~ Very satisfying! [Made & reviewed for one of my adopted chefs in this Spring's Pick A Chef event]

  1. Mix flour, egg, and milk.
  2. Use a teaspoon and drop into boiling saltwater or soup.
  3. Boil for 10 minutes.
