This is a quick healthy vegetable soup. I like it with corn bread. 1 weight watchers point per cup.
- 1 (11 ounce) can white corn
- 1 (15 ounce) can black beans
- 1 (14 ounce) cangarden medley vegetables
- 1 (19 ounce) canproggresso minestrone soup
- 1 (14 ounce) can diced tomatoes
- 1 (14 ounce) can diced tomatoes with green chilies
- Open cans and pour together into pot.
- Heat over stove.
Great soup but w new points plus it is now 3 points a cup.
This is a great comfort food in the winter. I love variety. Thanx for posting.
